These Terms govern your use of Share Anything (the "App") provided by KungApp. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License
Share Anything is open source. The source code is available under the license published in its GitHub repository. Builds downloaded from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' rules.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for anything unlawful. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.
3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data during transfer.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4. 协议变更
我们可能会不时更新本协议。变更后继续使用应用即视为你接受更新后的协议。
